Consultancy
Let me help you establish strong business foundations, identify your competitive advantage, communicate effectively with your target audience.
My process mostly isn't a case of picking up where you are and running with it. Marketing can only be successful if the strategy behind it is solid - so I want to start at the beginning.
It may be that your strategy is strong, but just needs tweaking and executed differently. Or you might not have any strategy at all and that needs to be written first.
This is the process I follow to design your business' road to success.
This is the path we'll take...
-
1. Building strong foundations
Through a business audit, competitor analysis and wider market review - I identify your positive point of difference.
This is the THING you have, your magic, your sparkle - that sets you apart. It's something that your competitors cannot replicate, and it's why people want to shop with you over them.
-
2. Speaking to your customers
I put your audience at the heart of your brand position. Marketing can only be effective when you have a detailed view of the lives your audience leads.
A successful business knows what problems they solve for their target audience, and makes this message the heart of their marketing.
-
3. Writing robust strategy
I assemble the data I've gathered into a business and marketing strategy.
I lay out your core business principles and how these are carried through to your marketing to build consumer trust and win sales.
Within this is an action plan of changes we need to make and a timeline of work.
-
4. Efficient execution
I bring the action plan to life with support from my wider team. Everything from building an automated CRM system, creating new brand assets or social templates or undertaking an SEO audit for optimal site health.
Not every business needs every service - the plan is bespoke to your business needs.
-
5. Ongoing support
The work could stop there - you can take what I've done and run it yourself if that's what you want.
But if you want ongoing monthly support then that's an option too, where my team and I can take some of the weight off your shoulders and run with your marketing while you focus on product and sales.
-
6. Testing and learning
After eight weeks we take stock of what we've done and the effects we've seen. If we need to make changes, we make them - if we're seeing more success in one channel than another, we optimise towards that channel. Efficient marketing always looks back at what has come before and learn from it to make the future brighter.
I want to work with you, but how much do I need to invest?
This is the golden question, isn't it?
If we need to refresh your brand look and feel to stand out from competitors, that will be a higher investment than if we didn't need to change anything, and just help you out on social media and CRM each month.
The investment changes depending on the nature of the work required and does flex depending on the size of the business - but typically starts at £1,000 each month for organic social media and CRM support.
Coaching is always a more cost effective option if you're happy to take a slower route to the same outcome.
